This is interesting, probably whites are being very vigilent when it comes to black individuals as the white to black racism situation is quite rejected by society

That sounds extremely implausible, although there are black Hispanics too so... Plus all the self-defined "Hispanics" who can't even have a conversation in Spanish...
Generally speaking, the way the US govt deals with race and ethnicity in their statistics is quite baffling.
