Eventually everything will just be a proxie or brige to the protocol.

Better than delete if it's automatic and not sticky swampy
I'm not a developer. But I have a few sats that I would be willing to aim at a bounty for a easy solution for this. Even just ifttt or zapier would probably suffice. For a start.
I think that if it's automated reposts, it's very likely and easy to censor by the competing protocols. Also a no brainer from their point o view.
Maybe bettertio out some proof of work and do the organic and decentralized spam/nudges
