Only 5 days in...
1. Follow a ketovore diet, no grains, refined sugars, or yummy bbq sauces full of crap.
2. Drink a gallon of water
3. 2 45 minute wotkouts
4. Read 10 pages
5. Take a photo of your progress
Today was the first time that a fleeting thought hit about not wanting to do my second workout. We got the rower down last night for me to use today and I do like rowing. I downloaded a tabata app and did intervals. Really liking this particular tabata app.
