About the laughable I am sorry for your probably you don't even know what I am speaking about. We didn't mantains. We bought for 1/4 the market price because there were fixes to be done that regular people know nothing about and after fixing, changing walls position, redoing floors, piping,.electrical system, doors it's value went up 400% but instead of selling we rented without help from agencies and in 10 years we got what we would have sold for. Fixing a bit now again and my children will never have to work in their life. That how is done,.not hoping that a magic investment will make you rich.
