Wow. Who out there using that capacity? I couldn't find anyone accepting lightning in saigon. I'm guessing its technically not legal though.
Time for another update:
Currently 91.77 BTC ( +54.7% ) capacity provided by the by the (public) #Vietnam-related Lightning ⚡️Routing Nodes.
This equals about ~2.28% ( +1.08%) of the total Network capacity.
