I made it to about halfway folded and gave up for the day 😂 Have you ever tried changing your own strings? It’s not too hard.

Well at least you tried. My husband hasn’t done laundry in like 6 years 😂 I actually was taught several times and couldn’t do it right and even cut myself one time and there was actual blood. I have zero confidence in my capabilities.

In due course he will help, in due course 🤣 I started playing guitar back in high school and didn’t want to pay the money to have someone else to do string changes so I just started doing it, probably wrong at first but I figured it out pretty quick 😂 I have no doubt you could do it with zero bloodshed

Hahaha. Maybe I should just buckle up and try again. It seems so complicated and tedious . And I never know which ones to get for which instrument

I can’t help you with uke or bass strings, but I love D’Addario brand strings for my acoustic guitar. They make great strings. I use the light gauge (blue package). Choose phosphor bronze if you like a warmer/mellower tone when you play, 80/20 bronze if you like a brighter tone, or if you’re not sure try one and then try the other the next time. They’re only like $8 a pack.

Hell yeah! Thank you. I think I might try it again. My acoustic is the one that needs it the most, it’s been unplayable

Yes 🙌
