I went the distance for my goal, 48 hr fast. After 40 hrs i started to feel a little weak, and was thinking often about food. I did not feel much if any hunger. I broke the fast at 48 hrs with a cup of pheasant broth, then I had a ribeye about an hour later that tasted amazing, especially just the chunks of fat.

After about 24 hrs all my senses were really turned up and that just got better the next day. Great experience and my next goal is a 3 day fast.
