ah man... i had almost had my celiac allergic rash on my feet clearing up and i ate one hamburger and now one foot on both edges has a little rash going on

can't even one cheesburger lol

I struggled with allergies for years until recently.

Some things that helped. Keto diet, no dairy, no garlic, way more water, more natural salt.

Ultimately I just moved to a new area and now they are way better 🤙
