1. If there’s a time in the day where the impulse is most intense ie 5-9pm, schedule yourself in such a way that you are happily doing something you enjoy more as well as not being able to be tempted lapse. You kind of have to schedule in advance so the decision is already made.

2. Do whatever you need to do to steadily improve your sleeping routine so much so that you can begin to look forward to it (6-7pm this can start to get in motion).

3. Anytime there’s an impulse just remind yourself that if you can hold off for 5minutes it usually subsides and will feel great in just 5 minutes.

4. When you wake up in the morning from not drinking the night before, be incredibly proud of yourself and enjoy positively reinforcing and talking to yourself that you feel great for a reason that was not easy but you did it.

5. Dm me anytime you need a distraction. I’m definitely not gonna read it but you can do that.
