Don't know how you get out of bed to do it. An extra 5 minutes to be in bed is how I start my day.
I just decided to sack up and do it for a whole week and I never looked back. It came to the point of needing to sack up because I was skipping work outs after work because I was always exhausted.
Now I go 3-4 times a week before work and will catch up on some sleep those off days. But always managing 6+ hours of sleep.
