Hang in there, love!! Memories can be comforting but can also cut like razors. Focus yourself in the present to accomplish whatever task you need to. Donโ€™t give into nostalgia at the expense of what you need to get done today because youโ€™ll feel terrible tomorrow.

I m trying to be in present but mind plays tricky games at times but yes donโ€™t want to feel guilty tomorrow ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ’œ

Focus on present is the way to go ๐Ÿงฟ๐ŸŒธ

Play tricks with it back๐Ÿ˜‚

Whenever something distracting pops in my mind I excuse myself to the restroom, set a timer for 3 -5 mins, and flood my brain with the thought. I only allow myself to think about whatโ€™s already in my head without forcing it to change. Before the timer runs out Iโ€™m usually over it and ready to get back to what I was doing. Sometimes I end up crying the whole time but when the timers up I dry my face and keep it pushing.

Youโ€™re more powerful than you acknowledge. Take charge ๐Ÿ‘‘ you got this!
