Ofc not. It only verifies that most likely it’s coming from the person who posted it if the account has other proves and the person has a reputable history.

It’s still better than nothing. Not sure whether proof of location is possible even.

Taking a picture does not mean anything either unless it’s done on film (which can be manipulated as well) or with an old digital camera that is closer to analogue:
