Could someone help me setup a "zap splitter" or something with an LN address/LNURL, that works as a deposit address, but any incoming funds are split up evenly and auto-forwarded to 15 other LNURLs?

No, we stopped it due to lack of use. But you can run it yourself: https://github.com/getAlby/ZapSplitter
