I didn’t have cheekbones for a decade…

Finally realised I needed to

what I didn’t know

That’s when my health momentum kicked in.

I see this in my private practice too-

A part of our human experience in which we get into the habit of acting in a pattern.

Of what we know.

Yet our

Expansion

It’s normal to forget what ours are.

A way to recognise them is to look at

What you don’t know

Where you’re struggling

Then educate yourself or even better, hire someone who has POW in that area with that thing & get them to teach you their system.

Then tweak it to suit you and voila

What do you mean by not having cheekbones for a decade?

I was struggling to repair my health but was stuck doing what I used to do which was focus on working out, and ignoring my blind spot around having literally no idea HOW TO EAT FOR HEALTH.

I had no cheekbones & more importantly, no energy.

So happy I finally took the leap to get support & professional education!

In the mend! #joy

Arghhh. Sent twice 😆

Gosh I'd love to get more fat on my face if that's what you mean :) though while staying lean everywhere else. Any remedies and hacks for that?

Haha! We’re the opposite! I’ve struggled to lose the extra fat on my face! You are the very first person I’ve ever heard say that! The only thing I’ve ever seen women do for that is Botox fillers. I imagine you prefer natural like moi? So I’d definitely research face exercises to build up shape- as there are about 40 facial muscles you cld target. They are small so they won’t build per se but you can add shape. I’ve seen women do it with face yoga/ face HIIT (yes it’s a thing) and face exercising. Keep me posted!

Ive been doing face exercises and cupping to help move stagnation and bring back some life!
