Is the default setting still 100k?
my understand is that v30 set NO default value for datacarriersize,
what would mean no limit for all op_returns of a tx,
but due the max tx cap of 100k, this would be the effective limit.
datacarriersize also is per op_return limit, but:
v29 and knots only allows one op_return per tx;
v30 allows more than one per tx.

I think there’s must be a default setting (because there must be a value initially put by default, i don’t think it’s zero)
