Knots for M1 macos: startos on UTM over a 2TB ssd thunderbolt 👍

Knots didn't filter it either. Turns out the lead maintainer doesn't even know what code he's slurping from upstream 😬

Bitcoincore had to hastily move v30 as "unsafe version." Try downloading v30 from their website and you'll get a "404 Not Found" error or it will take you directly to v29.2. Pathetic.
Let's keep Knots 🪢😉

Maybe @Saylor, with his sw dev background, could push alternatives to core deviation.
Meanwhile, it seems MSTR run 10K+ nodes with strict mempool policy (labeled "/Satoshi:0.21.1(MSTR-SoundMoney)/" 👍
Bitcoin Ossification Client (BOC) — Community-Defended, Minimal-Change, Adversary-Hard
https://controlplanecapital.com/p/bitcoin-ossification-client-boc-community
TL;DR
Bitcoin is a fixed-supply, Proof-of-Work-secured, UTXO-validated settlement network that anyone can fully verify on consumer hardware. Its base layer resists censorship by making it costly — not by trusting gatekeepers. Its rules are simple, explicit, and operationally testable. If a change makes sovereignty harder, or hands control to perimeters, it isn't Bitcoin.
Ossify the base. Keep it livable. Adapt through optional layers. That's how Bitcoin survives adversaries who are richer than all of us, and how ordinary people keep the keys to their own money.
i never liked core dominance and with its reference on github (just owned by microsoft !). maybe a real leader is missing, as Linus on linux kernel.

🛡️ KBTC Knots Bind The Chain 🙏🏻 a note: people keep mentioning a 100KB OP_RETURN limit, but that was never the relay/policy. In v30 the 80-byte cap is "removed", so the only real limit will be block size (~4MB).
