How hard will it be to get information from your isp and your IP connection to either TOR or Nostr known relays?

Very easy. ISPs can see connections into Tor if you don't use a VPN from your device.

so for us normies who run orbot, how are we to run a VPN along side that on a mobile device?

It's just another click, but ultimately it doesn't help much I think.

well in the first scenario your ISP sees you connected to a for node

VPNs have even more popular IPs. Especially if you use Nord or express.

Sounds like a big red flag in the VPN/ISP/DNS/Government log.
