If I'm honest, Zaps are what got me going on nostr. I'm definitely net negative on zaps, but at least for me its not about income its just the experience.
I came for the censorship resistance but stayed for the culture. Zaps and the mining /node running community, and all the interesting stuff the Devs on here are working on.
I spend a lot of my free time just spamming tiktok comments sections with stuff about nostr.
Anyone who's reading the "folded comments" where all my comments end up are probably rhe ones more likely to come to Nostr.
Censorship laws get implemented here(Australia)in December.
It'll be a shit show, just the number of older people that will have trouble complying with the new laws trying to verify their identities.
Using Nostr will be extremely simple in comparison.
