I seem to have developed a case of vertigo (BPPV), of all things.

It’s unsettling and limiting my ability to function. 🤢

I’m trying some things, so hopefully it will resolve itself soon. 🙏

Has anyone ever had to deal with this?

My mother in law gets it regularly. Sounds rough. I hope it passes soon. There is apparently a set of movements that you can do that can often help. I don’t know what they’re call though, sorry.

You can look for a vestibular PT near you:

Thank you 🙏

I’ll definitely considering this if doesn’t resolve on it’s own soon.

Thank you 🙏

I think it’s called the Epley maneuver.

I had a colleague who would experience this 1-2 times per year. I think there’s medication that can help but he said rest was the best remedy and it typically sidelined him for a couple of days.

Thank you 🙏

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Thank you! 🙏
