Eat the fats humans have been eating for the longest.

How long have we been eating each fat??

Animal Fats (2.5 million years)

Butter (6000 yrs)

Coconut Oil (1000's of yrs)

Olive Oil (1000's of yrs)

Avocado Oil (1000's of yrs)

AVOID

Soybean oil: ~100 years

Corn oil: ~130 years

Canola oil: ~50 years

Peanut oil: ~200 years

Sunflower oil: ~200 years

Cottonseed oil: ~140 years

NO meaningful evolution of human physiology has occurred in the last 200 years, we are not adapted to seed oils. They are an evolutionary mismatch.

AND REMEMBER TO KEEP EATING VEGETABLES ANFD FRUITS TO KEEP YOUR COMPLX BODY DIGESTING PROPERLY AND PROVIDING YOU WITH THE ESSENTIALS THESE FOODS CONTAIN SO THAT YOUR BODY IS NOT PULLING THEM OUT OF YOUR BONES AND CELLS, THUS CAUSING LONG TERM DAMAGE.
