I try to get a large amount of my food intake from red meat. Often when I go to the grocerie store I am cheap however, for I end up buying the $5/lb packs of the steak. I am not sure exactly if its stomach meat, but I do think it is just worse muscle of the cow. Can anyone speak to whether or not these beef cuts are more unhealthy for me than a classic ribeye or end cut which is more expensive?

Beef connoisseurs please help me out.

They not much or less unhealthy they just have less fat and we want the fat that's where the flavor is and the cow fat is good to us. Less fat less cost.. more fat more cost..

Any beef is better than the carb based diet .gov and industry push on you.

Eat beef within your budget.
