I try to get a large amount of my food intake from red meat. Often when I go to the grocerie store I am cheap however, for I end up buying the $5/lb packs of the steak. I am not sure exactly if its stomach meat, but I do think it is just worse muscle of the cow. Can anyone speak to whether or not these beef cuts are more unhealthy for me than a classic ribeye or end cut which is more expensive?
Beef connoisseurs please help me out.
