I hate that people want to leave #Nostr over this shit, but I get it. We do need to make sure the user experience is GREAT here, not just “good” or merely acceptable.
And for those who aren’t highly technical. I don’t have time to dive into solutions for the spam problem personally, I just want a one-click solution to block the gross stuff.

Yea, it is just discouraging. I spent a good chunk of time yesterday trying to figure out how to limit the porn posts. I removed a bunch of relays, which I guess also removed quite a few of my followers too. So would they even be able to see my posts? IDK.
Now if I have to see gore on top of the porn that's just too much... At this point should I just remove all relays?? If so what is the point?
