Looks like last two notes are posted only on one relay. At least what I can see from Amethyst
Try rebroadcasting the note. That make sure it hits all your relays.

Hey, I noticed this recently too, not on iOS though.. and I still follow myself. I actually quite like seeing them otherwise I think it didn't post correctly 🧐
