Go outside and meet people at work, church, a club, organization etc. Begin to participate in local events where you’ve met these people. Share your time with them and create human bonds. Help build or add value to the existing organization/people you’ve decided to connect with.
After doing all of this, introduce something new/different you want to develop to the individuals or organizations you’ve created bonds with. Those that feel there is value in what you’re doing and want to share time with you will join and create your “own community” you’re looking to create.
Good advice, but I mean NIP72 nostr communities.

This is a genuine question. How many users of #nostr, or any other platform, do you believe even know what a NIP72 nostr community is?
Just to add context, I have no idea what it is either. I do not understand how nostr works (relays etc..).
I’m on nostr cause I understand the fundamentals. I post, I interact with a different class of people that are not on mainstream social media, I cannot be removed from nostr, I own my “account/content” via my private keys, and for me most importantly, I highly value and prioritize my freedom, ownership of property, and my privacy.
The best/only (for the moment-to my knowledge) NOSTR communities is found on Satellite. Easy set up. Best wishes with your launch.
