Here is a delicious eggnog recipe from my friend Chris Mayer from Woodlock House Family Capital:

I actually have not made it in awhile because too many people are watching their weight it seems! It’s not an old family recipe. But it is a crowd pleaser:

12: Eggs (yolks only!)

2: Cups of sugar

4: Cups of blended whiskey

1: Pint of heavy whipping cream

4: Cups of whole milk

Start with egg yolks in a mixing bowl, slowly beat in the sugar until creamy and then slowly mix in whiskey. Add the heavy whipping cream and four cups of whole milk. Mix all together and serve chilled.
