Proof of Cream

Set out the cream to warm up a tad before beating the heck out of it in the mixer to turn it from cream to butter + buttermilk.

Fun fact: buttermilk is essentially slightly more acidic skim milk. Not the best taste, but it gets the job done and is still super hydrating (raw milk is the most hydrating substance you can drink on the planet)
