Supposed to be the opposite. Big breakfast. No dinner. Gives your body energy for the day, not something it needs to process during the night

Totally agree, the body need to rest and when you go to sleep full the body keeps working on digest food... thats ok if works for someone, but ... the rest of humans its not a good idea
No dinner is tough for social assimilation reasons
Completely agree, I’ve tried a lot of different variations but I like medium sized breakfast, large lunch, small dinner all within 8-10 hour window. Stop eating by 6 usually, 7 at the latest
