Fasting every other week is the bomb. 3 days water only. Good enough for Jesus, good enough for me. I have a friend who does 9 day water fasts, but I think he’s too skinny and it is affecting his muscle mass imho.

Completely agree, I’ve tried a lot of different variations but I like medium sized breakfast, large lunch, small dinner all within 8-10 hour window. Stop eating by 6 usually, 7 at the latest

If you are doing omad then make sure you are getting at least 1.2-2 x (your weight in kgs) grams of protein.

100%. The more you fast, the better you feel and the less you want to eat. Meals get smaller because you feel stuffed faster.

I usually eat a light breakfast with my coffee and then fast about 12 hours until dinner.

Black coffee 'til noon (usually don't drink after 10am 'cuz caffeine really f*cks your sleep), then a big ol' smoothie loaded with fruit and veggies for lunchtime calories, finally a "normal" dinner before 8pm.
