57, last took a pill in 2016 for toothache . Before that in 1999 for altitude sickness. Nothing else. Feel great 🤙

I'm a no-pill man compared to everyone else around me. Still sometimes I have very hard migraine correlated to stomach ache and I need to reduce the pain, so I take around 3-4 paracetamol aspirin every year (try to take half aspirin most of the time, the baby dose...)
All I’m saying is same as you. I never take anything unless i have to. I couldn’t see properly with altitude sickness so had to, and i had such a bad abscess in Chile i took a load of painkillers until i could find a dentist
