Doc wanted me on diabetes daily dose .. never took it .. since then ..running everyday and drinking milk instead of Alcohol every night .. almost ten years now .. blood sugar in 80 - 90 .. average ..
Btw ..I am older than you and last pill I ate was around fifteen years back 😜 ..but I am an 🐘 ..

As a kid, I was given several, but I eventually refused to take them preferring to eat food that "made me feel good" (usually meat or fermented foods that didn't make me feel sick) and to practice meditation which helped me to self-manage some anger/behavioral problems.
57, last took a pill in 2016 for toothache . Before that in 1999 for altitude sickness. Nothing else. Feel great 🤙
I'm a no-pill man compared to everyone else around me. Still sometimes I have very hard migraine correlated to stomach ache and I need to reduce the pain, so I take around 3-4 paracetamol aspirin every year (try to take half aspirin most of the time, the baby dose...)
All I’m saying is same as you. I never take anything unless i have to. I couldn’t see properly with altitude sickness so had to, and i had such a bad abscess in Chile i took a load of painkillers until i could find a dentist
