Thanks for clarifying. Also, your whole note is fascinating, your clear differentiation of computer code and human language. One particular issue I am interested in is how Bitcoin-only mentality reconciles with individualism and innovation.

Because Bitcoin Core turns money into a commodity, the same way Nostr's NIP-01 turned short Internet messages into a commodity.

Individuals and innovators can build and interoperate, using those commodities, without constantly having to check up on their status.

You wouldn't want to have to get up every morning and check to make sure that your salt didn't turn into pepper overnight, would you? Salt should just stay salt.

Commodities should be incredibly dull, easy to understand, and only develop slowly, and after careful, transparent deliberation and widespread agreement.
