upgrade your neovim to the last nightly version

check :lspInfo

reinstall it using :Mason or what your using

you may also copy your config from the working host is you are lazy like me

I did copy the entire config. I just tried with the last nightly version and the problem is the same.

I found a bunch of people with weird similar problems on their GitHub, seems to be related to some kind of JavaScript dependency mismatch.
