Same. Started off well then, beer pizza more beer. Sheesh.

Everyone had their "big fat bitch" day man.

Balance it out with fiber. When nature provides more sugar, it generally comes with more fiber too.

It's ok, it's a holiday. At least in the US.

Poutine?

The most addictive stuff there is. If i have a carb day i usually follow it up by a 24h fast so my body can get rid of it all and get back to baseline before i go back to the regular diet. The 24h are usually not so great though..

So easy to slip unfortunately 😕
