A concept I always find weird is the idea of the “shotgun dad” as in…

“when my daughter brings a boy over I’m gonna be cleaning a shotgun, he needs to treat my daughter right or else.”

I think most of the time this is a joke, but for anyone that actually means it… I mean bro this is a teenage boy lol

If you’ve been living correctly he’ll be scared shitless of you anyway. Even if you’re super nice to him. 😂

By all means be firm and have rules and boundaries etc… but leave the shotgun in its place.

Boys like girls, girls like boys.

It’s natural and normal.

yeah, the 1% is out there... I do have 2 daughters and sometimes daydream of taking then into the mountains until they are in their 30's...lol

I've settled on them taking JiuJitsu, so if anything they can take the boy out themselves.
