New World Symphony is arguably my favorite symphony.
The Planets by Holst are amazing too.
As for complete symphonies I think those two are my top two.
Then we get into just movements from various symphonies or ballets and operas.
Probably one of my most memorable to perform was Belkis Queen of Sheba
