How can I delete my #damus account permanently? Plz someone #help me to find out..coz this app has no right to delete my own account!

You can’t actually remove your account, nostr doesn’t work like that. As far as I can tell, #damus updates your name and bio to say your account is deleted, then sets a deleted flag.

Because #nostr relays only hold your latest profile, you could create a new event to replace the “deleted” profile.

If you’re not sure though, just don’t press it 🤣

I should’ve known that you can’t delete your account , you can’t edit something, even you can’t undo anything at all how awful…it’s safe to say that no one has right on their own account fuc***g crazy

Is it safe then just leaving my account forever coz I am going to delete this app forever… no longer useful to me so why I should use this app..they should have given that option to delete someone’s own account…isn’t it ridiculous?
