Is there a way to run it on an iphone or is it just google phones?

I’m seriously considering getting an Above phone and being done with Apple..

I’m not the most tech savvy though

Its only available on Google phones, but it completely removes Google software from the phone.

Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow open source operating systems to be loaded on iPhones. iPhones can only run Apple's approved and censored and socially manipulative software.
