I quit smoking for 5 years a long time ago, but the craving never left. It was manageable, but I'd constantly think about stopping at the gas station for a fresh pack. And the cigarette dreams were also constant. At least once a week I catch myself smoking in a dream, and feeling really bad because I remembered I didn't smoke anymore. Finally, I had a moment of weakness and I bought that fresh pack. I've been consuming nicotine ever since.

That's wild. This is the longest I've quit in a while, I don't think about it much and I think vaping might have eased the process.

Vaping provides the nicotine and satisfies the oral fixation without any of the tar or chemicals associated with smoking. I'm content with continuing on with vaporizing. The pressure of quitting smoking is gone.
