Last night's training session was a great way to get back into the gym after a week of being under the weather. The plan was to tackle heavy Deadlifts and Bench Press.

Deadlift:

- 1x1 at 240kg (529lbs)

- 1x3 at 225kg (496lbs)

- 3x3 at 205kg (452lbs)

Bench Press:

- 1x1 at 137.5kg (303lbs)

- 1x1 at 142.5kg (314lbs)

- 1x3 at 127.5kg (280lbs)

- 4x3 at 122.5kg (270lbs)

After that, I finished off with some lateral raises and bicep curls. It was a great first session back, and I'm feeling satisfied with the workout. Overall, it was a fantastic training session!
