If you can run 20km you can run Comrades.. it’s more about your mindset. If you decide to do it, you can.💪

The first time I decided to run, the furthest I had ever run was 18km. In Jan I ran my first half marathon, Feb first marathon and June first Comrades.. 😜

90km.. it was tough but got it done 💪

It really is an amazing experience.. the amount of support and encouragement you get along the way from friends, family, fellow runners and strangers on the side of the road is truly special!
