some are already going back to physical buttons (VW) and many people have been buying 90s cars for less computer.

hopefully the writing is on the wall. I expect so... these corps are not stupid.

Personally i want my phone to plug in for music and other than that I want a stick shift and physical buttons with zero computer.

I would get a mechanical car and then put in an aftermarket sound system with Bluetooth and everything. Separation of concerns. A car manufacturer should be able to just sell me the mechanical vehicle.
