I for one would rather anyone be able to speak their thoughts freely so that I might know what they truly think. If people feel like they can’t speak their true thoughts that increases the deception levels. If someone can speak their true thoughts, I can decide whether or not I want to associate with them and their views. And what is the alternative to free speech? The problem comes when we start deciding who gets to decide , no?
