Would anyone explain me why some follows disappear sometimes and if I can stop it from happening???

So far I end up finding lost peeps again like nostr:npub1rt65j4vnd05qf72szpj8afdd5hrkylka7pe55lup8waquv0wm9sqjj0y9g this time but I hope this is not going to be the case for ever

If you’re changing clients a lot, follows can get lost. Just add wss://hist.nostr.land to your relay list to back them up.

as you are already so kind to respond I have another question: is there some best practice on relay use ?
