When Brussels spokespeople write about the "free world", they mean that part of the world that shares their values - which would be censorship on social networks, a wasteful state, state-sponsored media, DEI programs, climate change, gender quotas. In short, these are just the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia and a few other countries. Soon the list will be reduced to only a part of the European Union members. This is the "free world" they are talking about, and that world is not very free.

Some spokespeople for the aristocracy have even compared American-European relations to marriage and are calling for the end of the marriage, disappointed with the behavior of the spouses.

Okay. Let's imagine that it is a marriage. Europe is the wife who is not employed, and the USA is the husband who works 10 hours a day to earn money for himself and her. Since she is unemployed and childless, she has a lot of free time, which she spends on various activities of her own - she takes acting lessons, languages, goes to aerobics and has plastic surgery. She increasingly criticizes her husband for not being educated enough, not having enough style, attacks him for not being "in" enough when they go out to dinner with her friends. She doesn't just say it to him, but to everyone she meets - she tells everyone how stupid her husband is, how bad he is in bed, how he can't talk smart, how he doesn't turn her on enough, etc. One day he snaps and says - okay, this won't work anymore. I want a divorce. And then she goes completely crazy, starts crying, screaming, smashing things around the apartment, goes around whining about how he doesn't love her anymore and how she didn't deserve to be treated like this...
