this isn’t to say voting with dollars is always bad, the terms VWYW (vote with your wallet) and “consumer activism” probably rub each other the wrong way, there probably is a better term to use.

Yes, the APK version allows you to upload images and converts them to events. Then just copy to the poll option text edit.
I mean a poll on whether to alienate the majority of Nostr users from seeing our images 🥹

Is it really all that hard for other clients to support what you’ve done with NIP-94? Or is the pain just because you were the first to do it? If it’s the latter, then don’t worry.

Bleeding edge tech is always a bit painful. All of Nostr is in beta mode. So not a big deal.
BTW, another reason why the other clients should support your approach and have NIP-94 embeds/previews in notes is because it makes it much easier to fight CSAM on Nostr. Once a credible authority has said that a particular image or video is CSAM - instead of just having a URL, there's now a hash that can be checked in the future so CSAM can be taken down even before it's reported.
And just in general it allows relay owners to take down content they've disapproved in the past immediately instead of having to wait for it to be reported. Not saying it'll work perfectly, but it's better than the current situation which is a bad game of whack-a-mole.
