I recommend downloading Wallet of Satoshi if you’re on a mobile device, then hit “receive” and copy the email-address-style address and paste that into your profile too.
This will make the ⚡️ symbol appear so we can send you sats when you post cool stuff.

Images/videos - same thing. Use nostr.build then paste the link it generated into your note
Some nostr clients (like Damus) may have a built-in option to add a photo from your phone into a note, but not all of them do.
Nostr is a text-based protocol so it relies on the client to render images or other content from URLs
