Looking at kefir under the microscope 🔬

It's the whey liquid that separates out from the curd, should be mostly lactic acid bacteria and the round blobs are likely yeasts.

At one objective level it just looks like lumps of stuff but zoomed in more and things really start start coming alive 🙂
