Can you edit an existing custom feed on nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg? If I want to add or remove people from a feed, do I have to remove it and create another or is there a way to do it?

I think you can just mute users. Their post won’t show up then I think.
But if I want to do the opposite and add a user to a feed of “Retarded Bulls” or something like that, I think I have to recreate the feed
Oh yeah - I don’t even think you can customize the feed like that…. I don’t know though, I’ve added extra feeds from the pre created ones on my feed. I wasn’t given the option to add specific accounts etc.

Listr.lol gives you the ability to make a list of npubs, you can view the list as a feed on amethyst and some other clients that supports lists.
