My mom would cut fish shapes from toilet paper. It gave me something to aim at. I had girls, so that didn’t work so well. We did have a sticker chart on the wall, use the potty, get a sticker.

Shapes in the toilet is a good idea! We also have a sticker chart next to the potty. It seems to be a good incentive so far.
