IDGAF about the message metadata honestly. As long as the actual message is encrypted that's all that matters to me. I seriously doubt the claim that each message reduces the strength of the encryption, as from what I understand each message uses a different key to encrypt/decrypt based on the nsec key. But I'm no cryptography expert...
